High Frequency Electric Knife Power Detection
High Frequency Electric Knife Power Detection
The power detection methods of various high-frequency electric knife brands are slightly different, but the principles are similar and basically the same. However, it should be noted that the load resistance selected for testing single pole and double pole high-frequency electric knives is generally different. Taking a certain electric knife brand as an example, 300 ohms is generally selected for single pole, while 100 ohms is selected for double pole.
Taking a certain brand of electric knife as an example, briefly explain the power testing steps
Monopolar electrical cutting:
1. Prepare two cables approximately 30-50CM in length.
2. Insert one end of a cable into the single pole output port, connect one end to the power meter, and connect the negative plate interface to the power meter with the other end
3. Set the load resistance of the power meter to 300 ohms
4. Turn on the machine, set the electric knife to a single pole with a power of 100W, press the foot pedal or short circuit to make the high-frequency electric knife have electric cutting output, and record the output power.
5. Set the power to 300W, output and record the power on the power meter.
The actual output energy of the high-frequency electric knife should be as similar as possible to the set value of the electric knife. If the difference is too large, the high-frequency electric knife needs to be calibrated.
Of course, the more high-frequency electric knife power values set for detection, the better, because the measured values will be more reliable and the results will be more accurate.
The detection methods for unipolar electrocoagulation and electrocautery are completely the same. But when bipolar, attention should be paid to changing the load resistance.
